This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes what you may not do on CreativeRealtor.ca (the “Service”), operated by MyGTA Inc. It forms part of the Terms of Service. We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and notify authorities where appropriate for violations of this AUP.
1. Truthful professional identity
You may not create an account using someone else's identity, license number or brokerage; misrepresent your licensing or registration status; or operate a website on behalf of an unlicensed person. One account per professional — creating duplicate accounts to evade limits, bans or trial restrictions is prohibited (attempts are logged, including IP addresses).
2. Honest real estate advertising
Content published through the Service must comply with the advertising requirements that apply to you, including RECO/TRESA rules and your brokerage's policies. You may not publish false, misleading or deceptive claims about properties, prices, sold data, credentials or affiliations.
3. Listing data misuse
You may not display listing data without valid authorizations; scrape, bulk-export, resell or redistribute listing data obtained through the Service; use another person's DDF® or VOW credentials; or circumvent display, attribution or takedown requirements of CREA, your board or data providers.
4. Unlawful or harmful content
You may not use the Service to host or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, or that infringes intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights; or that contains malware or deceptive phishing content.
5. Platform integrity
You may not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service; interfere with its operation or other customers' sites; attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; overload the Service with automated traffic; or resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement with MyGTA.
6. Fair use of AI features
AI content-generation features may be used only for building and maintaining your own real estate website. You may not use them to mass-generate content unrelated to your site or to produce content that violates this AUP.
7. Email and communications
Contact forms and any messaging features may not be used for spam or unsolicited commercial messaging in violation of CASL (Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation).
8. Reporting
